About Barbara

barbwinnBarbara Winn is a licensed PA Realtor® who specializes in working with sellers and buyers of country homes and estates, horse farms, agricultural property and land. Barbara brings to her real estate business an extensive background  in marketing data management and customer service, as well as a passion for the country way of life and equestrian pursuits. Barbara is a long-term resident of Eastern PA, and she knows the area well – schools, communities, recreation opportunities and marketing and advertising platforms.

Barbara’s area of expertise is country property.  She is well-versed in the policies applying to Pennsylvania country property and farmland, including those providing significant tax reductions to property owners, such as Act 319/Clean and Green, and farmland preservation. Barbara owns her own farmette in southern Lehigh County on seven acres, where she keeps her two horses.

Barbara is a member of the KW Land and the Keller Williams Luxury Homes International Division, and can take advantage of the national and international marketing avenues that come with these affiliations – as well as the tools and promotional products associated with these prestigious divisions.

Barbara is an active member of the equestrian community in Eastern PA.  She has been riding and showing horses for many years, and knows all of the equestrian organizations and destinations for equine enthusiasts in Eastern PA.  She attends local shows and events, and has a large network of equestrian community members.


Greg Wasson is a licensed PA Realtor® contracted by Keller Williams Realty Group. Greg has extensive sales experience, having owned two of his own businesses prior to joining Keller Williams.  Greg is a native of eastern PA, well-versed in country properties, living for many years at his family’s farmhouse in Lehigh County and spending much time on his grandfather’s 365 acre farm in Berks County. Greg’s previous sales business selling college textbooks state-wide provides him with an intimate knowledge of eastern PA.
